    • Includes 2 hours of client consultation services to adequately build ideal candidate profile. Hourly consultation rate applies thereafter. 

    • Cost is variable based on title, demographic, range (no.) of leads required. 

  • Consultation (above) as well as the following:

    • Advertising: Job posting, targeting mainstream search platforms, and niche sites where necessary.

    • Searches: Identifying and connecting with talent to convert them into applicants and, ultimately, into hires.

    • Interviewing/Vetting: Development of interview questions, scheduling and completing initial interviews, assessment and validation of skills, experience, and more.

    • Presentation of Candidates: Top candidates are identified and presented to hiring team, in agreed upon fashion and timeline.

    • 1:1 Collaboration: Regularly scheduled meetings to monitor progress - frequency to be determined by Client (weekly recommended).
